ASSEM-tech Inc. was founded in 1985 by Steve Wilson to fill the high demand for defect-free wire harnessing, delivered on time and within the customer’s specification. Today, our highly-skilled staff, led by second-generation family member Mike Wilson with the support of his brother Doug, is dedicated to the same mission while continually evolving to add new capabilities.

Our 28,000-square-foot facility, conveniently located in western Michigan, is ISO 9001:2008 certified. We are an ITAR registered company, compliant with all UL and CSA requirements, as well as many IPC and MIL-SPEC standards. It is here that we create industrial computer components, custom lighting, medical equipment, aviation components, products for petroleum equipment, and electrical sub-assemblies for overhead hoist systems. Additionally, we manufacture and assemble quality custom enclosures, machined parts and assemblies, printed circuit boards, and wire harnessing. Our fully-integrated assembly house is equipped to handle any size project. Whether it be simple-machined parts or the full fabrication of electrical sub-systems or the assembly of entire electrical systems, we handle single prototypes through high-volume production.
